AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your Hexy product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as required by law.

NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selection, or compatibility issues. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
