WHERE WE SHIP

Hexy currently ships within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All Hexy products are made to order.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days after purchase
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays

Processing time refers to the time required to make and prepare your order before it is shipped. This is separate from delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship all orders via Australia Post (Regular Post or Express Post).

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by Australia Post.
These timeframes are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 AUD
  • Shipping is calculated per order
  • Shipping costs depend on your delivery location and the number of items in your order
  • The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, Hexy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our control.

Hexy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
